14-day care home go-live

Use the in-app importer at /go-live for CSV residents (name,dob) and medications (name,dosage,frequency).

1. Days 1-2

   Foundation

   • Name the home and invite the manager, nurses, and carers.
   • Add your site(s) under Sites and set registered beds.
   • Open Occupancy and create units + beds for each floor.

2. Days 3-5

   Resident load

   • Import residents via Go live (CSV: name,dob) or add them from Residents.
   • Run Admissions for current residents and assign beds.
   • Import medications per resident (CSV: name,dosage,frequency) and spot-check MAR.

3. Days 6-8

   Clinical baseline

   • Open care plans for high-dependency residents; capture key needs and risks.
   • Log a sample day of care delivery from Point of care.
   • Add mandatory training courses and record recent completions / expiry dates.

4. Days 9-11

   Team routines

   • Publish the staff roster for the next fortnight.
   • Run a shift handover once with real notes.
   • Share the family / relative portal link for 2-3 pilot residents.

5. Days 12-14

   Stabilise & review

   • Review Analytics (occupancy, missed care, training overdue).
   • Walk the floor: one med round + one care delivery log with a carer.
   • Book your first compliance export dry-run and note any gaps.
