How many residents can we manage?
Home covers up to 25 residents, Group up to 75, and Enterprise up to 200. Unlimited staff accounts are included on every plan.
Does Carestead support compliance documentation?
Yes. The compliance export generates structured CSV records of medications, wellness, and care notes, giving you a complete audit trail without manual effort.
Can relatives see a resident's information?
Yes. Each resident has one link. Relatives see the care, visits, and updates the home publishes. They do not see the medicine chart or staff notes.
How does staff access work?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. All facility plans include a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start so billing can begin after the trial if you keep the plan. Cancel before day 14 and you will not be charged. Our team can also arrange a guided demo for facilities with 10 or more residents.
